Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of talk.clementmilton.com (“the Service”), operated by Flouvou LLC.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service is

talk.clementmilton.com is a real-time AI coaching platform built on the marriage coaching method of Clement Milton, a licensed Professional Psychologist. The conversation is delivered by an AI trained on Clement’s actual coaching frameworks and case files.

This is coaching, not therapy. We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

What the Service is NOT

• It is NOT therapy or mental health treatment
• It is NOT a replacement for licensed mental health care
• It is NOT a crisis intervention service
• It does NOT diagnose conditions
• It is NOT legal or medical advice

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact:

• US: 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline)
• UK: 116 123 (Samaritans)
• Or your local emergency services (911, 112, etc.)

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Account and trial

• The Service offers a free trial of approximately 5 minutes ($20 of free coaching) per device
• After the trial, $3.99 per minute is billed in $10 increments to your saved card
• No subscription. You only pay for the time you actively engage in conversation
• We use anti-abuse measures to ensure one trial per person

Payment terms

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• You authorize automatic charges of $10 increments to your saved card during sessions
• A 24-hour satisfaction guarantee applies to your first $10 charge — email clement@clementmilton.com for a no-questions-asked refund within 24 hours of your first charge
• Subsequent charges are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure

Use restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass the AI
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the AI’s responses
• Use multiple accounts to bypass billing
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Share your account access with others

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We make no guarantees about:

• Outcomes of your relationship
• Specific results from following AI suggestions
• Continuous, error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices/browsers

The advice provided is based on Clement’s coaching method but is delivered by AI. While we strive for high-quality output, AI can occasionally produce errors or suggestions that may not fit your unique situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim
• We are NOT liable for actions you take based on AI suggestions

Tier 2: private calls with Clement Milton

If recommended by the AI, you may book a private one-hour call with Clement Milton for $500. These bookings are:

• Subject to availability (limited to a few per year)
• Non-refundable booking deposits
• Subject to a separate engagement agreement provided at booking

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or its operators

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, use the “Forget me” feature in the chat.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
